My Leadership Philosophy

I teach and lead at the intersection of theory, praxis, spiritual formation, and development.

I believe leadership is shaped by more than what we know. It is also shaped by who we are becoming and how we apply what we know to the way we lead, serve, make decisions, and engage others. My approach creates space for learning, reflection, application, and formation so that development is not simply understood, but lived out with intention.

My Core Values

Hope
The belief that something better is possible, coupled with the ability to identify and use what is available to create a pathway toward it.

Joy
An inward reservoir of passion, purpose, commitment, and calling that remains independent of external circumstances.

Solution-Precision
The intentional pursuit of solutions that are appropriately aligned with the people, needs, and situation at hand.

Other Awareness
The ability to see beyond oneself and consider how leadership, decisions, and actions impact others.

Integrity
The alignment of who we are, what we value, and how we lead, reflected through honesty, accountability, and consistency.

A serene, uncluttered home office corner features a pale ash-wood desk with rounded edges, holding a slim, silver monitor that displays a softly blurred abstract gradient in uplifting blues and golds. Beside it, a small, sand-colored hourglass and a smooth river stone engraved with the word “intention” rest on the desktop. A tall bookshelf in the background holds a carefully spaced collection of neutral-toned books and a few plants. Warm golden-hour light pours in from a side window, creating soft highlights on the wood grain and subtle shadows. Shot from a three-quarter angle, the composition follows the rule of thirds, conveying balance, calm, and purposeful living in a clean, photographic realism style.

Testimonials

Hear from visionaries, founders, leaders, and teams as they share, in their own words, how the pathways, practices, and tools they received helped them lead and live with hope, joy, and intention

A large glass wall in a modern office space is covered with neatly arranged pastel sticky notes, color-coded into clear clusters that form a structured pathway of ideas. Below, a smooth white table holds three closed notebooks in navy, mustard, and teal, stacked beside a set of fine-tipped pens aligned in a row. Diffused afternoon daylight filters through sheer curtains, giving the scene a soft, even illumination with gentle reflections on the glass. Captured from a slightly elevated angle, the focus highlights the clarity of the notes while the rest of the room recedes softly. The atmosphere is organized, hopeful, and strategic, embodying thoughtful planning and intentional growth in a photographic, contemporary style.

Jasmine helped our senior team slow down, listen deeply, and make courageous decisions without sacrificing our health or hope.

An elegant wooden conference table with a smooth, light-oak surface is neatly arranged with an open linen-textured notebook, a matte charcoal laptop, and a single ceramic mug in soft dove gray. A large, leafy plant in a white planter stands in the background near a floor-to-ceiling window. Soft morning sunlight streams in, casting gentle, elongated shadows and creating a calm, hopeful glow across the table. Photographed at eye level with a shallow depth of field, the foreground objects are crisp while the background blurs into soft bokeh. The mood is professional yet warm, suggesting clarity, focus, and intention. The style is clean, photographic realism with a modern, minimalist aesthetic suitable for leadership coaching.

Coaching with Jasmine brought clarity to a chaotic season and reconnected me with the joy that first drew me to leadership.

Jasmine created a brave, grounded space where our nonprofit staff could name burnout, grieve losses, and imagine sustainable ways forward.
